Note:
SAARC countries include Sri Lanka, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.
Registration will be considered only after receiving the fee, which includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, working lunch, dinner, and tea/coffee/snacks.
The registration fee does not include accommodation charges.
Accommodation for all Indian students and postdoctoral researchers will be provided on a shared basis in the campus student hostel. The organizers will cover their accommodation charges
Nearby hotel accommodation will be arranged for faculty members on a payment basis. Shuttle services between the hotels and the conference venue would be arranged. Detailed information on these will be shared in due course.
A limited number of travel grants (up to III AC train fare by the shortest route) will be available for students and postdoctoral researchers in need. If you wish to apply, please complete the Google form by September 30, 2024. Please submit filled the recommendation letter provided below in Google form.
